How long does it take for my jewelry to be made and delivered?

Each piece is handmade and made to order. Lead time is 2-3 weeks including shipping time. Sometimes we have items in stock and the fulfillment time is less. Shipping takes 3-5 business days and longer if international. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an online order has been placed, our team begins crafting each item by hand!  Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours in writing to info@noelletinnin.com in order for us to see how best we can help you.

Do you offer gift receipts?

If you need the order to be sent with a receipt that does not reveal the cost, please mention that in the notes section when placing the order or send us an email to support@noelletinnin.com with your order number in the subject line. If you’d like to include a brief message to the recipient, you may include that in the notes section as well!

Do you offer gift cards and gift certificates?

We do! Shop gift cards here.

Can I buy an e-gift card?

Absolutely! Just add the item to your cart and it is delivered to you via email!

How do I add a promo/discount code to my order?

After selecting your favorite item, click the buttons to take you to your shopping cart page. Once on the shopping cart page, you will see a "Discount Code" box in the right column located underneath the items in which you are interested. Enter your special code and click "Apply." Only one code may be used per transaction. Sale items may be excluded from promotional discounts. If you have any questions, of course, please be sure to contact us!

What is your return policy?

Our handmade pieces are singular works of art and are made to order. We hope you love your Noelle Tinnin piece and think you will feel even more confident and chic while wearing. While our policy is no refunds, in the event that you would like to return an item, you may be able to do so either by exchanging it for another item or receive store credit in the form of a shopping code to use toward your next purchase.

Requests for an exchange must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving your items. All correspondence should include your name, phone, email, address, and copy of your receipt or order number. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Noelle Tinnin Jewelry reserves the right to deny a return request or charge additional handling fees as needed. All sales are final on sale items and flash sale purchases.

Do you do repairs?

If your Noelle Tinnin piece is damaged from a wild night or for some other spectacular reason, please email support@noelletinnin.com. Each repair will be handled on an individual basis. 

What metals are used in the jewelry?

All of my earrings are made of raw metal...brass, copper, nickel and sterling silver upon request.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Raw metal will tarnish over time. Worn regularly, you piece will stay tarnish free longer! To remove tarnish from your piece, you may use a multi-metal polishing agent. I love Bar Keepers Friend. It really brings back the sparkle in the metal. A quick polish with some steel wool will also do the trick! To keep your piece at its best, please store in an air tight bag or box to prevent oxidation and scratches. Do not store jewelry in the bathroom where it is humid, as moisture can negatively affect the piece over time. Always apply lotion, cosmetics, hairspray and perfume before wearing your piece.
